The RFRF Series Flange Mounted Big Ratio Combined Helical Gearbox is designed for heavy-duty industrial applications requiring ultra-high reduction ratios, compact flange installation, and extremely high torque output. Featuring a multi-stage combined gear structure and optimized helical gear meshing system, it delivers stable low-speed operation, excellent load capacity, and high transmission reliability. The gearbox is widely used in mining, cement, metallurgy, and bulk material handling systems where ultra-low output speed and very high torque are required. Output torque ranges up to 60,000 Nm, while input power capacities range from 0.18 kW to 250 kW depending on configuration.
