BLEY/XLEY Series Flange Mounting Two Stage Cycloidal Gearbox with Motor adopts a two-stage cycloidal pinwheel transmission structure combined with a flange mounting motor design, providing a compact and high-performance drive solution with extremely high reduction ratio, large torque capacity and reliable operation. The two-stage transmission structure expands the speed reduction range while maintaining smooth transmission and excellent overload resistance, making it suitable for industrial applications requiring ultra-low speed output, high torque transmission and continuous heavy-duty operation. With a typical output torque range of 500–100,000 N·m and motor power range of 0.37–90 kW, it is widely used in heavy conveyors, mixers, crushers, mining equipment, chemical machinery and large industrial drive systems.
