The SAF Series Flange Mounted Hollow Output Shaft Helical Worm Gearbox is designed for industrial applications requiring compact flange installation, hollow shaft direct mounting, high reduction ratio, and stable high-torque output. The combination of a helical gear pre-stage and worm gear final stage ensures smooth operation, excellent load distribution, and optional self-locking capability. The hollow shaft flange structure allows direct integration with driven shafts, eliminating couplings and reducing installation space. It is widely used in conveying systems, mixing equipment, and heavy-duty automation systems. Output torque ranges up to 22,000 Nm, while input power capacities range from 0.12 kW to 110 kW depending on configuration.
