The SAFRF Series Flange Mounted Hollow Output Shaft Combined Helical Worm Gearbox is designed for industrial applications requiring flange-mounted installation, ultra-high reduction ratios, direct shaft mounting, and reliable high-torque transmission. By combining an inline helical gearbox with a helical worm gearbox, the unit achieves significantly larger reduction ratios than conventional worm gear reducers while maintaining compact dimensions and smooth operating characteristics. The hollow output shaft design allows direct mounting onto driven shafts, eliminating additional couplings and simplifying installation. It is widely used in conveyors, lifting systems, mixers, and bulk material handling equipment. Output torque ranges up to 35,000 Nm, while input power capacities range from 0.18 kW to 160 kW depending on configuration.
