The SAFS Series Flange Mounted Hollow Output Shaft Helical Worm Gearbox with Shaft Input is designed for industrial applications requiring flange-mounted installation, direct shaft input connection, hollow shaft direct mounting, high reduction ratios, and reliable torque transmission. The shaft input configuration enables direct connection to upstream transmission shafts, while the hollow output shaft allows direct mounting onto driven shafts without additional couplings. Combined with a helical gear pre-stage and worm gear final stage, the gearbox provides smooth operation, high torque density, compact structure, and optional self-locking capability. It is widely used in conveyor systems, mixing equipment, packaging machinery, and industrial automation applications. Output torque ranges up to 22,000 Nm, while input power capacities range from 0.12 kW to 110 kW depending on configuration.
