The SAT Series Hollow Output Shaft Torque-Arm Mounted Helical Worm Gearbox is designed for heavy-duty industrial applications requiring torque reaction mounting, hollow shaft direct drive, high reduction ratio, and stable high-torque output. The torque arm mounting system absorbs reaction forces directly into the machine frame, eliminating torsional stress on the gearbox housing and improving operational stability. Combined with a helical gear pre-stage and worm gear final stage, it delivers smooth operation, high load capacity, and optional self-locking performance. It is widely used in conveyors, crushers, and bulk material handling systems. Output torque ranges up to 25,000 Nm, while input power capacities range from 0.12 kW to 110 kW depending on configuration.
