The SH Series Hollow Output Shaft Shrink Disc Mounted Helical Worm Gearbox is designed for heavy-duty industrial applications requiring high torque transmission, zero backlash shaft connection, and enhanced mechanical locking reliability. The shrink disc (locking assembly) provides a friction-based connection between the gearbox hollow shaft and the driven shaft, ensuring zero slip, high torque transfer, and excellent structural stability. Combined with a helical gear pre-stage and worm gear final stage, it delivers smooth operation, compact design, and high reduction ratios. The gearbox is widely used in mining, conveying, and heavy industrial drive systems where high safety and torque reliability are required. Output torque ranges up to 25,000 Nm, while input power capacities range from 0.12 kW to 110 kW depending on configuration.
